 A group of young people are walking to a gathering in a field. The cornstalks are tied - the corn has been harvested, and this is a celebration. The Harvest Moon is rising. A young woman dressed in white accompanies a minstrel. Goddess, virgin or bride? Corn Mother or Corn Maiden? She is a mystery. By R. W. Macbeth. Printed in 1883.

 The print measures 9 3/4" wide x 5" high. In the frame - 10 5/8" x 5 3/4" high.
