Rare Early Maxfield Parrish Print "Aucassin Seeks for Nicolette"

This is a rare original Maxfield Parrish print "Aucassin Seeks for Nicolette" from 1903. It portrays a Knight on horseback gazing at a castle on a hill. It is marked M. P. at the bottom of the print. It is in its original frame and matting. The print and frame are in good condition. There is no staining or foxing, no rips or tears on the print.

Print dimensions are  4 3/4" wide x 7 1/8" high. Frame dimensions are 9 7/8" wide x 12 3/4" high.

Due to the reputation of the artist, the rarity of the print, and the condition we estimate that this print would bring at auction $175.00  to $400.00.
